Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the HLADD program, with in-person duties at our Victory Parkway campus at least once per quarter. This role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication channels (email, phone, fax).
- Facilitate virtual meetings in the manager’s absence.
- Maintain internal and external databases.
- Assist with audits, accreditation, and certification processes.
- Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Stay updated with technology for documentation and communication.
- Participate in training and professional development.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Office-based role with occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Position Details
- Full-time (32 hours/week)
- Minimal travel, with potential for recruitment-related travel in the future.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of related experience

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
