Our Team

Tracy Heichelbech has been working as a financial advisor for First Command since 2005. She is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves. Tracy has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Bowling Green University and a Master’s degree in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services. She is also a Wealth Management Certified Professional. She holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in MD, DC, VA and 29 other states. Tracy focuses on comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, risk management, and estate planning.

As a member of this dynamic team, you’ll work hard to ensure sturdy financial futures for clients of all ages and professions, with a focus on military families. Additionally, you’ll gain invaluable financial literacy and exposure to estate planning, taxes, and all other aspects of personal finance.

Position Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Tracy Heichelbech as she works with clients to achieve their financial goals. You will be critical in ensuring all clients feel welcome and receive exceptional service in all interactions with the firm. You will collaborate with other team members, First Command Home Office personnel and Tracy’s business partners to fulfill client requests. As a key member of our local support staff team, you will:

· Promote a consistently exceptional client experience

· Contact clients on a daily basis; heavy emphasis on phone usage

· Prepare all required paperwork/workflows for compliance, insurance, investment, banking, and beneficiary needs

· Submit required forms and follow up with appropriate business partners/internal departments to ensure the request is completed

· Assist in problem resolution and act as the Advisor liaison with various business partners as well as the Home Office

· Maintain our databases by entering new and updated client information

· Collaborate and coordinate with team members to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner

· Follow all compliance requirements as mandated

You’ll be a great fit if:

· You possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

· You have 1 to 2 years general office experience

· You desire long-term growth

· You enjoy working both closely with team members, and on independent tasks

· You are proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel

· You have experience in Salesforce

· You can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· You are self-motivated

· You possess a High school diploma

· You have a general knowledge of financial products. Experience in completing insurance, investment, and banking paperwork is a HUGE plus

· You can complete and pass a background check, undergo fingerprinting and required employment documentation, as well as any screening/hiring tool if required by hiring district
