<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>We seek an experienced Administrative Officer / Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />Admin Support:</p><ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and filing systems.</li><li>Provide administrative support to senior staff.</li></ul><p>Reception Duties:</p><ul><li>Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to emails</li><li>Manage front desk operations.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.</li></ul><p>Communication:</p><ul><li>Develop and disseminate internal communications.</li><li>Respond to inquiries.</li><li>Maintain professional relationships.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience as an Administrative Officer.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
