As a Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the identity and positioning of our clients’ brands.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to develop comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Development:
- Brand Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Brand Positioning: Develop clear, compelling brand positioning statements that articulate the unique value and personality of the brands we represent.
- Target Audience Insights: Define and segment target audiences using data-driven insights, ensuring that brand messaging aligns with their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Creative Collaboration:
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate brand strategies into compelling creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
Brand Management:
- Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize brand strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present brand strategies and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across all teams.
Thought Leadership & Innovation:

- Strategic Recommendations: Provide ongoing recommendations for brand enhancement, including product development, market entry strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ Years of Brand Strategy Experience: Proven experience in brand strategy development, preferably within an agency setting or a corporate marketing role.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
