Job DescriptionAdministrative support: Providing clerical and administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondencePlanning and organizing: Planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management and staffDocument preparation: Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documentationCommunication: Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective communication and timely updatesInventory and supplies: Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessaryBudgeting: Assisting in budget preparation and expense monitoringEmployee records: Collaborating with HR to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedulesExternal relations: Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operationsIssue resolution: Addressing administrative issues and complaints promptly and effectivelySystem implementation: Implementing and managing administrative systems, databases, and records.RequirementsCandidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in any Science discipline with 3+ years relevant work experience.Proven track record as an administrative executive is required.
