Job DescriptionAs Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties:Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the dayMaintain accurate guest accountsAssist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as neededEnsure all diary events, flats and specials are actionedEnsure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shiftsEnsure security procedures are maintained according to policyLiaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost propertyEnsure guest registration forms are completed correctlyEnsure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed.Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsEnsuring the safety of our guests throughout the nightQualificationsHave a good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera CloudBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAble to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyAdaptable with a guest centric mindsetMust have previous experience in a similar roleFlexibility to work overnight shifts.
