<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>The Retail Sales Manager will oversee the retail and NFR Non-Feul Retail business operations.</li><li>The role focuses on expanding retail sales, maintaining high service standards, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and driving profitability across retail zones.</li><li>Also, responsible for leading Retail Sales Executives, training retail staff, and implementing growth strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures adherence to all safety procedures and policies in all the service stations.</li><li>Perform the risk assessment study of all retail outlets managed.</li><li>Report all accidents and near misses to the Head, Sales &amp; Marketing immediately, as well as follow-up repairs and recoveries.</li><li>Prepare Working Capital Requirements per station for H/O approval as often as necessary.</li><li>Prepare the annual detailed action plan per station.</li><li>Visit each ZONE at least once in a quarter in a year.</li><li>Responsible for the implementation of excellent service policy in the station.</li><li>Ensures monthly set sales budgets are met per station in the zones.</li><li>Ensure there is a report of at least 1 full financial situation per month and per station with physical stock taking and cash count.</li><li>Report&rsquo;s end of month financial situation, P&amp;L and follow-up accounts&rsquo; evolution for each station.</li><li>Reports monthly cash and stock control, pump flow rate control, excellent service grid, Safety Inspection checklist performed for all stations.</li><li>Ensure company&rsquo;s equipment are functioning and well maintained in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisors.</li><li>Ensure station&rsquo;s profitability with adequate turnover and controlled expenses.</li><li>To ensure equitable distribution of products through proper order planning and follow up.</li><li>Submit a weekly planning and activity report per station.</li><li>Submits end of the month visits report summary of all sales executives to the GMS.</li><li>Responsible for training refreshing course of all station staff &amp; Dealers in the zone.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of the daily payment system at the station multiple banking and CIT full payment D+1</li><li>Ensures full implementation of the Network Marketing policy, procedures and policies.</li><li>Ensures the use of and implementation of the station&rsquo;s manual.</li><li>Monitor the Shop &amp; Bays with the same emphasis of forecourt activities.</li><li>Recommend for appointment of new DS and young Dealers to the HSM.</li><li>Animate the incentive scheme for the Dealers and their staff.</li><li>Propose new plots and private developers&rsquo; affiliation, lease, franchise based on H/O targets and guidelines.</li><li>Prepares and submits profitability analysis of proposed investments for approval.</li><li>Reports Competitors&rsquo; activity in the zones and inform management for proper decision making.</li><li>Ensures growth and expansion of business in the Zones.</li><li>Monitor&rsquo;s activities of all the zones and ensure full adherence to policies and procedures of the company,</li><li>Ensures profitability of all stations in the zones.</li><li>Shows innovation, creativity and improvement in all ways and methods.</li><li>All these are carried out in line company sales procedures and safety standards</li><li>Perform other related duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Downstream Oil and Gas Experience</li><li>5-7 years experience in a similar role</li></ul><p>Skills &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Sales Strategy and Execution</li><li>Financial Acumen</li><li>Customer-Centric Approach</li><li>Leadership and Team Development</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li><li>Communication and Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Organizational and Time Management Skills</li><li>Decision-Making Skills</li><li>Market and Competitive Analysis</li><li>Adaptability and Flexibility.</li></ul>
