As a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Your role will encompass search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital channels, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize on-page and off-page elements such as meta tags, URL structures, alt tags, internal linking, and backlinks.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that blog posts, landing pages, and other assets are optimized for SEO.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and ad creative adjustments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing & Management:
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and brand voice.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build strong relationships with followers.
- Track and report on social media analytics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video producers to create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for digital channels.
- Optimize content for SEO and shareability, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and engage customers.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging social media practices to keep the company’s strategies fresh and effective.
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Integration:
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and the sales team to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
- Provide input on overall marketing initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, including webinars, podcasts, or special campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Proven success in managing paid ad campaigns and executing SEO strategies with measurable results.
- Experience with various social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present reports.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
