<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Medical Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery across Africa.</p><p>You&#39;ll be responsible for driving sales of medical equipment and supplies to healthcare facilities in your assigned territory, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and contributing to our company&rsquo;s &nbsp;rapid growth and expansion plans.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and private practices in your assigned territory</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and supplies</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our company&rsquo;s product range</li><li>Provide technical information and support to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and expand our company&rsquo;s customer base in your territory</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction</li><li>Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the company&#39;s CRM system</li><li>Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our company&rsquo;s brand and products</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in medical technology and healthcare delivery</li><li>Work closely with other departments to provide input on product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or HND in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered<br />Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Nigeria</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite</li><li>Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve targets</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
