<p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and implement strategies across our transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each subsidiary to achieve revenue and market share targets.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.</li><li>Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.</li><li>Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer demands and market trends.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.</li><li>Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.</li><li>Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits and Salary</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives N500,000 - N700,000 / Month plus commission</li><li>HMO</li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities</li><li>Communication allowances</li><li>Travel/outstation allowance</li></ul>
