Guide the process of legal registration and any necessary certifications.</li><li>Operational Setup: Outline the operational structure needed for M365Grow to function effectively across borders, including setting up remote operations and establishing key partnerships.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with potential partners, donors, and other stakeholders critical to the charity&#39;s success.</li><li>Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Develop a fundraising strategy that aligns with M365Grow&rsquo;s mission and objectives, including identifying grant opportunities, donor engagement, and alternative funding models.</li><li>Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a framework for monitoring and evaluating the charity&#39;s impact, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in consulting for NGOs, with a focus on international projects.</li><li>Deep understanding of the legal and operational aspects of charity establishment and management.</li><li>Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with the tech sector and how technology can be leveraged for social good preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty in a startup environment.</li><li>Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.</li></ul>
