<p><strong>Academics</strong></p><ul><li>OND Minimum</li></ul><p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years as Instrumentation Technician in Oil and Gas industry with experience in Crude oil separation and Gas dehydration.</li><li>Tunu node Tunu, Ogbotobo, Opukushi and Benisede SSAGS commissioning experience considered as added advantage.</li><li>Familiarity or experience in SPDC Twister dehydration technology in Tunu shall be considered added advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining instrumentation systems on Delta V DCS Emerson systems.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining instrumentation systems on Twister gas dehydration technology.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining instrumentation systems on Solar Turbines Taurus 60, Centaur 40, and Mars 100 and Engines Waukesha, Caterpillar etc</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining instrumentation systems on</li><li>Cameron/Howden/Siemens compressors</li><li>Experience in various process control valves and ESD valves systems maintenance</li><li>Experience in Fire and Gas detection Honeywell point and open path gas detectors, smoke detectors, Spectrex flame detectors etc and suppression system maintenance Turbine enclosure CO2 suppression system</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Alarm management and rationalization experience.</li><li>Experience in Safeguarding systems maintenance</li><li>Experience in Oil, NAG and AG facilities operations</li><li>Soft Skills Added advantage</li><li>Perform basic computer related activities.</li><li>Knowledge of worksite hazard mgt and permit to work systems.</li><li>Ability to multi-task effectively</li><li>Communication &amp; teamworking.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Good organizational skills</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability.</li><li>Self-Motivated and performs under minimal supervision.</li></ul><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure performance assurance and proactive health checks of the associated components of the PAS, SIS and Fire &amp; Gas Systems Point Gas Detector.</li><li>Ensure periodic health checks on Human Machine Interface workstations and Servers. Systems fault diagnosis and recovery.</li><li>Access and interpret Process and Instrumentation Diagrams P&amp;ID; Cause and Effects</li><li>Matrix C&amp;E; Process Flow Scheme PFS; Functional Logic Diagram FLD; Instrument</li><li>Loop Drawings ILD and Process Engineering Flow Scheme PEFS required for fault tracing and issues resolutions.</li><li>Work closely with service Contractors towards safe delivery of vendor-based maintenance jobs.</li><li>Initiate and follow up with spares procurement towards expedited delivery for maintenance execution.</li><li>Ensure technical integrity of assets through Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities, quality assurance and performance standard verification of safety critical equipment</li><li>Technically support Operations personnel towards plant safe operations.</li><li>Ensure field instrumentation availability and reliability towards meeting business targets on hydrocarbon processing and export operations.</li><li>Maintain Systems availability for the continuous operation of the Flow station and AGG facilities</li><li>Identifying critical spares and follow-up ordering and delivery.</li><li>Integrate with other disciplines to achieve Asset integrity on continuous basis.</li><li>Promotes site safety and continuous hazard identification, mitigation and close-out.</li><li>Other assignments for continuous improvements as exigent.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Cycle</strong></p><ul><li>The work location is Swamp-field based accessible via the Helicopter and Boat.</li><li>The job activity period is daily on 12-hour 7am to7pm routine over a 21-day period.</li><li>There is a standard 3weeks on and 3weeks off schedule.</li><li>The successful candidate will manage their own absences with his/her contractor for suitable qualified covers.</li><li>There may be a need for periodic visits to Shell industrial area for trainings and official assignments.</li><li>Personnel may be required to work extended hours as need may arise.&nbsp;</li></ul>
