<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR / Legal Executive to join our team</li><li>We are looking for an HR/Legal Executivewho will provide expert advice and support on human resources and legal matters.</li><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and providing guidance on employment law.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>HR Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.</li><li>Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.</li><li>Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.</li><li>Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts.</li><li>Dispute Resolution: Provide guidance on dispute resolution and represent the company in legal proceedings.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law LL.B and a professional certification in Human Resources e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP.</li><li>Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR and legal roles, preferably in the construction industry.</li><li>Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, employment law, and industry regulations.</li><li>Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
