<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>The Customer Service Support staff will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.</li><li>Provide accurate information about products and services.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.</li><li>Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.</li><li>Assist in tracking and monitoring deliveries for customers.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer service processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of OND, HND, or BSC.</li><li>Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.</li><li>Proficient in the use of basic computer applications Microsoft Office, CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary Range: N100,000 - N180,000 monthly.</li><li>Benefits: Health Maintenance Organization HMO available.</li></ul>
