<p>As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the success of our project. You’ll manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. Here’s what you’ll do:</p><p><strong>Procurement Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement plan aligned with project goals and timelines.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor Management</strong></p><ul><li>Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Management</strong></p><ul><li>Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.</li><li>Monitor and manage contract performance, addressing any deviations or disputes proactively.</li></ul><p><strong>Supply Chain Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the entire supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.</li><li>Anticipate potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to avoid delays.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance and Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.</li><li>Identify risks within the procurement process and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and budgets.</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to optimize procurement performance and drive efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years in procurement of electrical and instrumentation equipment, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of managing procurement for large-scale, complex projects, ideally in offshore or FPSO environments.</li></ul>
