Job Description:

  • Assisting technical teams in their daily operations
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for better operation, streamlining and process improvement. A team builder and communicator with demonstrated experience in directing, organizing and motivating personnel workforce.
  • Lead the team to undertake strategic research initiatives program development aligned with the organizational goals.
  • Develop concept notes and technical briefs to support the office of the Executive Chairman and support strategic initiatives across the group.
  • Required to provide high level admin support for the Chairman including but not limited to preparing reports, presentation on behalf of the Chairman, preparing
  • PowerPoint slides for meetings and high level discussions.
  • Technical:
  • Direct Provide effective direction and leadership for technical services in all the subsidiaries in the group.
  • Role holder must have sound knowledge of renewable energy technologies (on-grid and off-grid), solar home systems, energy storage, mini-grid development and balance of power options including virtual power plants usage (grid flexibility)
  • Spearhead and manage research team for our products and services across the group.
  • Carry out monitoring and evaluation of projects across the group and present reports of same to the Executive Chairman.
  • Carry out Data Analysis, proposal development and grant writing for the office and on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Be available to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients or customers
  • Processing technical documentation such as reports, manuals, and product specifications
  • Performing basic diagnostic tests and repairs on products or equipment
  • Participating in project planning and implementation
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Training other staff members on the use of technical systems and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦150,000.00 per month
