<p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>The Director, Information and Public Relations shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day- to-day administration of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations.</li><li>By virtue of the office, he/she should be able to provide appropriate leadership and advice on the institution&#39;s problems in the area relating to building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public.</li><li>He/She shall hold office for a single term of five 5 and non-renewable.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>The candidate for the post must possess a Degree preferably in Arts, Journalism, Social Science or English Language from a recognized institution and evidence of NYSC plus at least fifteen 15 years cognate experience with ICT proficiency.</li><li>Membership of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations would be an added advantage.</li><li>He/She must not be above sixty 60 years of age before the date of appointment.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary</strong><br />CONTISS 15</p>
