<p><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>The Head of Legal and Corporate Services will provide strategic legal guidance and ensure regulatory compliance while overseeing corporate governance and administrative functions. The role requires a proactive and business-oriented professional with strong leadership skills tsupport the company&rsquo;s objectives and protect its interests.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Legal Advisory&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of the company&rsquo;s operations, including property acquisitions, sales, and leasing.&nbsp;</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes in coordination with external counsel.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Strategic Planning&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Collaborate with senior management talign legal and corporate strategies with business goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential legal risks that could affect operations or growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay updated on relevant laws, trends, and best practices in the real estate sector.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Leadership and Team Management&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the legal and corporate services team tachieve departmental objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance tteam members tenhance their professional development.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster a culture of compliance, professionalism, and ethical practices within the organization.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Corporate Governance&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain corporate policies tensure effective governance and compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the organization&rsquo;s regulatory filings, board resolutions, and shareholder agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the company secretary, ensuring proper documentation of board meetings and decisions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law LLB; possession of a Master&rsquo;s degree or certifications in corporate governance is an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
