<p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul><li>We are currently seeking experienced or fresh graduates with exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>Someone who is a confident and engaging communicator and likes meeting and speaking to new people every day.</li><li>An individual who is warm and kind with a caring and compassionate nature.</li><li>Someone who would take pride in being a face of the organisation and one of the first to welcome visitors.</li><li>Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people.</li><li>Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression.</li><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills to carry out tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production.</li><li>If all these describe you, then taking the next step in your career journey as a receptionist with Ruth and Rootscould be the right move for you.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately</li><li>Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls</li><li>Receiving and sorting daily mail</li><li>Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone</li><li>Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.</li><li>Schedules appointments for patients</li><li>Performs clerical and administrative tasks</li><li>Prepares medical files and reports</li><li>Maintains and keeps patient information confidential</li><li>Maintain assigned medicinal supplies and equipment</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.</li><li>0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines is a plus.</li></ul>
