<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>Our client operates a top notched Service Apartments at Ogba Lagos and currently requires the services of a skillful and professional Receptionist with a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in the hospitality Industry.</li><li>This person must be very good with the use of Computer and relevant software applications used in the hospitality Industry.</li><li>Previous experience will be an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibiltities</strong><br />The job responsibilities for this position are as follows<br />Day-to-day duties:</p><ul><li>Check-in and check-out guests to the company standards.</li><li>Provide keys, show guests to rooms</li><li>Advise guests on room features / utilities / local amenities</li><li>Provide excellent customer service at all times and deal with all calls &amp; emails efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Liaise with all managers on any issues and concerns.</li><li>Inputting high volume reservations correctly and noting any special requests.</li><li>Promoting and upselling the property&rsquo;s facilities &ndash; be a brand ambassador for the property</li><li>Ensuring billing is correctly carried out to the hotel standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills with a positive outlook and a &lsquo;can-do&rsquo; attitude</li><li>Previous experience in a Hotel Reception / Serviced apartments / Guesthouse preferred</li><li>Self-motivated with a willingness to learn</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>Flexible with working hours</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and excellent team player</li><li>Track record of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Good Word and Excel ability</li><li>Experience in the use of channel management systems SiteMinder, Booking.com, Expedia etc. also an advantage</li><li>Team player.</li></ul>
