The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with prospective and existing customers via telephone.The role involves promoting products or services, closing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.Close sales deals and achieve assigned targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and regular communication.Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Record and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.Track and document customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet overall business objectives.Share insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.Requirements, Skills and CompetenciesCandidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or OND qualification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
