Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketer with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing. This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, support inbound lead growth, and enhance our online presence. Proficiency with paid ads, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit, is essential. Experience with HubSpot and meta tags is also required to effectively utilize these tools in our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our B2B SaaS platform and drive lead generation.
- Utilize paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads) to reach our target audience and achieve marketing objectives.
- Implement inbound marketing tactics to attract and engage leads, supporting the growth of our sales funnel.
- Optimize website content and meta tags for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Manage and analyze marketing campaigns to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support overall business goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads, with a focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency in inbound marketing and experience in driving inbound lead growth.
- Strong knowledge and experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and lead management.
- Familiarity with meta tags and their role in SEO and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
