Full Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Direct guests to the appropriate personnel and office locations, maintaining visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.</li><li>Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.</li><li>Manage staff schedules, leaves, and attendance records.</li><li>Address employee relations and handle grievances professionally.</li><li>Conduct periodic staff performance reviews and maintain HR records.</li><li>Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases.</li><li>Track and manage inventory for store and production supplies.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and supplies.</li><li>Handle internal and external communications professionally.</li><li>Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.</li><li>Monitor and update compliance-related documentation regularly.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to workplace safety and operational standards.</li><li>Track and process client birthdays and send personalized messages.</li><li>Assist with loyalty program development and client recognition initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and monitor invoices, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Support inventory management and maintain stock accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in compliance or fashion industry HR is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.</li></ul>
