DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator - Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Logistics Warehousing Purchasing Department in Abuja, Nigeria.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to evaluate and select the appropriate transportation mode and equipment type through shipment volume analysis to balance cost, quality, and time effectively.
  • Trade Regulation Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant trade regulations to apply to processes and systems, minimizing trade risks and costs.
  • Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing physical inventory using control methodologies to maintain accurate inventory levels and meet customer expectations.
  • Warehouse Operations Expertise: Familiarity with warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for both inbound and outbound operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third-party logistics provider management.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionized agreement.
