<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.</li><li>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining organizational systems.</li></ul><p>Administrative Tasks:</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.</li><li>Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.</li><li>Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.</li></ul><p>Communication and Correspondence:</p><ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.</li><li>Respond to general inquiries and provide information on brand products/services.</li><li>Prepare and send correspondence, memos, and emails.</li></ul><p>Operational Support:</p><ul><li>Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate events, workshops, and product launches.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>Fashion Industry Specific Tasks:</p><ul><li>Assist with product sampling, inventory management, and returns.</li><li>Coordinate photo shoots, fashion shows, and events</li><li>Maintain knowledge of fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years of administrative experience in the fashion industry.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and email management.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.</li><li>Familiarity with event planning and coordination.</li></ul>
