<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations and maintenance of our HVAC systems.</li><li>The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and ductwork.</li><li>Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdown and troubleshooting to identify issues.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacement of parts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Carry out daily and scheduled checks on the HVAC systems.</li><li>Collaborate with facilities management team to optimize campus comfort and energy efficiency.</li><li>Respond to emergency HVAC issues and perform repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Assist with other facilities related tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of five years&rsquo; experience as HVAC technician.</li><li>Minimum of Trade Test Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
