<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>The Medical Sales Representative promotes and sells pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical establishments.</li><li>The role requires building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers, ensuring that they are informed about the benefits and uses of the company&rsquo;s products, and ultimately driving sales growth within the assigned territory.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />Product Promotion and Sales:</p><ul><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s pharmaceutical products, and healthcare solutions to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company&rsquo;s market share in the designated territory.</li><li>Organize product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.</li></ul><p>Relationship Building:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.</li><li>Regularly visit healthcare providers and follow up on leads to ensure continued product usage and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>Market Research and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and insights, providing valuable information to the sales and marketing teams for product development and strategy.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking sales progress and competitor activities.</li></ul><p>Product Knowledge and Education:</p><ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, clinical studies, and industry trends to effectively present and sell products.</li><li>Provide educational materials and training to healthcare providers on the benefits, proper usage, and potential side effects of products.</li></ul><p>Sales Support and Administration:</p><ul><li>Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product availability or usage.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and inventory data in CRM systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Minimum of [2] years of experience in pharmaceutical sales .</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical products, pharmaceutical regulations, and healthcare industry practices.</li></ul><p>Skills &amp; Abilities:</p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.</li><li>Strong sales acumen, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.</li><li>Ability to understand and explain technical product information in an accessible and persuasive manner.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience in promoting and selling to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and pharmacies.</li><li>Certification in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales e.g., Certification in Medical Sales from a recognized body.</li><li>Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulations in the local market.</li></ul><p>Working Conditions:</p><ul><li>Full-time role, with regular travel to client locations, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare establishments within the assigned territory.</li><li>Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for presentations or events.</li><li>Access to a company car or transportation allowance</li></ul>
