Full Job Description
Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging all marketing activities for the company.Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door and other channelsDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendorsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goalsMonitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.Create a wide range of different marketing materials.Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.Minimum QualificationsB.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or related field.Relevant postgraduate degree (MBA, MSC) is mandatory.Relevant Professional certification is a plus.Experience Required:Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in the marketing industry or a similar position.Strong analytical and project management skills.Confident and dynamic personality.Strong creative outlook.Competency and Skills RequirementsDemonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learnFluent spoken and written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsShould have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.High integrityGood IT skills including excel, word, and powerpoint.Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.Self-driven and self-motivated.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheetsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
