<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>As Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties:</p><ul><li>Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day</li><li>Maintain accurate guest accounts</li><li>Assist with night maintenance /cleaning and guest requests as needed</li><li>Ensure all diary events, flats and specials are actioned</li><li>Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts</li><li>Ensure security procedures are maintained according to policy</li><li>Liaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost property</li><li>Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly</li><li>Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed.</li><li>Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests</li><li>Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Have a good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera Cloud</li><li>Be analytical and possess an eye for detail</li><li>Able to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety</li><li>Adaptable with a guest centric mindset</li><li>Must have previous experience in a similar role</li><li>Flexibility to work overnight shifts.</li></ul>
