Full Job Description
<p>The objective of this role will be to:</p><ul><li>To implement and manage efficient management of personnel processes so that the business is performed by competent and engaged people at an optimized cost</li><li>Responsible for all core HR processes, activities and deliverables in line with achieving BINL Objectives.</li><li>The requirement for this role includes but is not limited to the knowledge and ability to carry out the following on behalf of the organization:</li><li>Conduct Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and develop job descriptions for every position within the organization.</li><li>Develop, update and implement Human Resources Policies / Procedures ensuring compliance with applicable statutory laws.</li><li>Manpower Planning and Resourcing.</li><li>Manage Employee Orientation, On-boarding and Job Installation process.&nbsp;</li><li>Performance Management and Talent Improvement Systems/ Processes</li><li>Competence Management,</li><li>Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training Plans ensuring training facilitation.</li><li>Employee Relations and Welfare Management</li><li>Organizational Behaviour and Change Management</li><li>Compensation and Benefits Management with a vast knowledge of current payroll processes</li><li>Oversee and manage the organization&rsquo;s payroll</li><li>Autonomous in Budget Planning, Implementation and Monitoring</li><li>Familiar with current trends in Employee Discipline management</li><li>Knowledge of Industrial Relations with a focus on Unionized organizations.</li><li>Contract Management.</li><li>Conflict Resolution.</li><li>Ability to utilize diverse HRIS tools for Human Resource functions.</li><li>Ensure the integrity of all Human Resource Information.</li><li>Ability to report into a matrix Organizational structure.</li><li>Ability to analyze and present diverse data simplistically.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experiences</strong></p><p>Key Skills and Competencies&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent Written and Oral Communication&nbsp;</li><li>Data Analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Creativity and Innovation</li><li>High Level of Integrity</li><li>Excellent Working knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint</li><li>Teamwork and Partnering</li><li>Strong Leadership skills</li><li>Internal Customer Friendly Outlook</li><li>Knowledge and familiarity with Labour laws.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a Social Science Discipline from a recognized University</li><li>A Post Graduate HR Certification or Masters in Human Resources will be an asset</li><li>Membership of a renowned HR Professional Body CIPM/SHRM/CIPD will be an added advantage</li><li>Evidence of training in different areas of Human Resources will be an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 10 years in a core Human Resource Generalist role with full exposure to all facets of Human Resources is required</li><li>At least 4 of those years must have been spent in a Managerial role.</li><li>Previous HR experience in a multinational organization preferably oil &amp; Gas will be an added advantage</li></ul>
