<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>We require the services of an Account Executive their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing new businesses and accounts to increase their revenue.</li><li>This position is perfect for individuals passionate about transforming the workforce in Africa through innovative learning and development solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries and sectors.</li><li>Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address customer challenges.</li><li>Present and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and proposals.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.</li><li>Manage and track customer engagement and sales activities through the CRM system.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Minimum four years of experience selling B2B Software like Payroll/HRMS or Accounting software to business leaders and executives</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of the African business landscape and workforce development challenges.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.</li><li>Able to use sales tools like; Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.</li><li>Has met or exceeded sales target of 5 million naira, with proven track record.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 / Month</li><li>Sales-based commissions.</li><li>Hybrid work mode</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.</li></ul>
