Full Job Description
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop high-quality content text, images, and videos for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.</li><li>Create visually appealing and shareable content that highlights Agu.ng&rsquo;s products, brand values, and lifestyle appeal.</li><li>Implement a cohesive content strategy across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and the e-commerce website.</li><li>Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales operations and e-commerce teams to create compelling product campaigns, including photoshoots, videos, and written content.</li><li>Develop storylines for seasonal launches, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Maintain and enhance Agu.ng&rsquo;s unique voice and style across all content.</li><li>Drive relationships with customers and influencers by creating interactive content, hosting live sessions, and responding to comments and messages.</li><li>Create community-driven campaigns that encourage user-generated content.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>Atleast 3 years of experience in core content creation; Experience in fashion or lifestyle industries is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.</li><li>Video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.</li><li>Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools Hootsuite, Buffer, etc..</li><li>Exceptional storytelling and visual content creation skills.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
