<p>We are looking for Area Sales Manager with wide range of experience in edible oil and deliver the area monthly volume and value target.</p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><ol><li>Manage your area to deliver monthly target set for your area.</li><li>Ensure Area performance growth in Volume.</li><li>Ensure distributors performance growth in Volume.</li><li>Ensure range selling to distributors/channel partners.</li><li>Establish, maintain and expand your customer base in the defined coverage territory/channel.</li><li>Ensure proper management of distributors / channel partner accounts.</li><li>Ensure zero debt ratios in all dealings.</li><li>Communicate monthly target / objective to distributors/channel partners in coverage&nbsp;</li><li>Drive Sales to achieve volume and value objectives in territory defined via relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure effective coverage of wholesale, retail outlets and/or specialized channels in your area.</li><li>Establish, maintain and expand outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.</li><li>Drive effectively execute Sales in outlets within coverage area</li><li>Ensure close monitoring of distributors stocks and achieve zero incidence of product expiry.</li><li>Ensure that FIFO principle is strictly adhered to in all customer outlets in your area.</li><li>Ensure that products are stored properly in approved warehouse/stores and at the right stack</li><li>level. Such that products are not exposed to elements that will jeopardize quality standards.</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ol><li>Bsc in Marketing or related&nbsp;field.</li><li>5+ years experience in any edible oil producing company</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skillsincluding&nbsp;written,&nbsp;oral&nbsp;and&nbsp;presentation&nbsp;skills</li><li>Attention&nbsp;to&nbsp;details</li><li>Strong&nbsp;problem&nbsp;solving&amp;&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;skills</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;skills</li><li>Good&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;packages Word,&nbsp;Excel&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;PowerPoint</li></ol>
