Job Position: Social Media Manager


Job Location: Sabo-Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, copy, and videos, tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Write engaging and persuasive content for posts, captions, and blogs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Design eye-catching visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Manage daily social media interactions: responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign goals.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and/or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) to create compelling visuals.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
