<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>This role requires you to be emotionally intelligent as you will have to lead a team of less than 10 staff, children and their parents. You should be able to support the team if there is needfor you to step in to teach or direct. As teh haed of the team, you should be purpose driven, creative, technologically inclined and a strategist.</li><li>We expect that you would have taught younger children and conversant with the activities of the early years. You should be able to develop programs for both the teachers and the pupils and their parents if need be. A very good communicator and writer as you will be involved in documentation and vetting.</li><li>Your education should have a reach on the theories of education and their application to everyday teaching and learning.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You will need an approved teaching qualification B.Sc or PGDE in any field.</li><li>At least 3 years of working with children in this category.</li><li>Must be resident in Port Harcourt</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of phonics</li><li>A good level of computer literacy</li><li>A clean medical certificate</li><li>A good understanding of blended learning.</li><li>Fantastic organization and teamwork skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience teaching with the British Curriculum.</li></ul>
