Job DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their supply chain team in Ado-Ekiti.This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong computer and communication skills. The preferred candidate must reside in Ado-Ekiti.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Provide information about products and services.Update and maintain customer records in the company database.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure resolution.Provide support in tracking orders and shipments.Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Must reside in Ado-Ekiti.Basic understanding of supply chain operations.Experience in a customer service role (internship or part-time experience is a plus).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
