Full Job Description
<p>Job Type: Full-Time Mon-Sat</p><p>Salary: N120k</p><p>We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant for our client in the fashion industry.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Organize and schedule appointments </li><li>Run sensitive errands eg banking, deliveries to HNI’s, cash errands, etc</li><li>Plan meetings and take detailed minutes</li><li>Help with client consultations and measurements </li><li>Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms </li><li>Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports</li><li>Develop and maintain a filing system </li><li>Update and maintain office policies and procedures </li><li>Check RTW garments final point of quality assurance </li><li>Supervise staff attendance signing in/out and final sheet compilation for end of month </li><li>Receive deliveries </li><li>Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers </li><li>Maintain contact lists </li><li>Book travel arrangements </li><li>Submit and reconcile expense reports </li><li>Provide general support to visitors </li><li>Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients </li><li>Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be smart </li><li>Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint </li><li>Must have excellent written & verbal skills </li><li>Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an advantage </li><li>Females are highly encouraged to apply.</li></ul><p>Please note that resumption is immediate.</p>
