<p><strong>JOB&nbsp;OBJECTIVES</strong></p><ul><li>The Business Development Executive is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of marketing activities and development opportunities for the company and to&nbsp;create value for the company, through the attainment of sales targets.</li></ul><p>Develop and foster good relationship between the company and its various external stakeholders in order to create a conducive atmosphere for company to operate.<br /><br /><strong>DUTIES&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based market shares.</li><li>Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person.</li><li>Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.</li><li>Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.</li><li>Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals in acceptable formats, quality and timely.</li><li>Provide BD function support as may be required and instructed across the business entities within Amazon Energy Group.</li><li>Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.</li><li>Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.</li><li>Maintain and expand the company&rsquo;s database of project opportunities.</li><li>Ensure follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>E</strong><strong>ducation</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or Social Sciences from a reputable University.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5-7 years cognate experience preferably in business development and client management in the Oil and Gas sector.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in the Nigerian Oil &amp; Gas industry is Required.</li><li>Ability to formulate Sales and Marketing Strategy.</li><li>Ability to draft Bids, Tender and Proposals.</li><li>Organizational and planning skills.</li><li>Problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.</li><li>Excellent reports writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and energetic drive.</li></ul>
