Full Job Description
Purpose of Role:As the logistics intern, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency within the logistics department.Responsibilities:Record keeping and files management.Data entry.Report collation.Tracking of logistics activities.Updating the logistics tracking app.Third party vendors’ payment reconciliation.Complaints resolution and escalation.Petty cash handling and reconciliation.Manage communication to internal customers.Perform any other administrative and data entry tasks within the department.The ideal candidate:Currently undergoing NYSC or searching for a PPA.Experience in basic administrative and office duties.Data entry experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft excel) and dashboards.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good writing and verbal communication skills.Driving experience and valid driver’s license.Qualifications: Bsc / HND in a related field.
