Personal Assistant

NEEDED

We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and computer-literate **Personal Assistant** to provide executive support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

**Job Description**:

The ideal candidate will assist senior executives in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks, with a strong focus on digital tools and technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining the executive’s productivity and ensuring seamless communication and operations using a variety of software and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements using digital calendars and tools.

- Handle email correspondence, calls, and documents using modern communication platforms.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and technology are in place.

- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data is organized and accessible.

- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

- Manage and execute special projects and tasks assigned by executives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech-savvy, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and cloud-based storage systems.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
