Job DescriptionThe Candidate for this position must be a sports enthusiast apart from being a holder of a good Honors Degree in Physical and Health Education from a recognized Institution, with Fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in the University.Possession of a Higher Degree and evidence of being a proven sportsman or sportswoman will be an added advantage.QualificationsThe person for the post of Director of Sports is to possess a good First Degree not below a Second Class Lower Division in Physical and Health Education/Kinetics from a recognized University.The Candidate must have at least fifteen years of cognate post-qualification experience.The Candidate must have served as Deputy Director of Sports for at least five (5) years in the University System.The Candidate must possess a higher degree in Kinetics/Sports Administration.The Candidate must enjoy good physical and mental health.The Candidate must be able to provide good leadership to staff members in the unit.Salary GradeCONTISS 15Condition of ServiceThe successful candidates shall hold office for a single term of five (5) years only on such terms and conditions applicable to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State and as may be determined by the appropriate University Rules and the University Governing Council.
