<p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><strong>You Will Be Responsible For</strong></p><ul><li>Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve business targets and business objectives.</li><li>The Business Development Officer with Bid and Tendering expertise is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the end-to-end bidding process, and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare competitive bids, developing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements to maximize win rates.</li><li>Research and identify new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, and conduct client meetings to understand needs and requirements.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the company’s offerings and capabilities.</li><li>Track and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth and potential risks.</li><li>Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Profile</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.</li><li>You are a strong networker & relationship builder</li><li>You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data</li></ul>
