Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer to manage our civil engineering projects from conception to completion.The successful candidate will oversee project planning, design, construction, and delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure developmentDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractorsConduct site inspections and monitor progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actionsEnsure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practicesCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team membersManage project risks, conflicts, and changes.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project managementProfessional certification (COREN, NSE, PMP) preferredStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, Nigerian building codes, and industry standardsProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Desirable Qualities:Experience with international construction contracts (FIDIC)Familiarity with Nigerian construction industry regulations and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
