<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Our client requires the aervices of a Laundry Attendant with a maximum of 3 years experience. Candidates who possess SSCE or OND will be better suitable for this job.</li><li>Persons living around OGBA or other areas close to OGBA in Lagos will be better prefered due to the high cost of transportation</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Sorts all linen and separates and treats all stains.</li><li>Loads laundry into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agents.</li><li>Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and places them into dryers for measured time cycles.</li><li>Sorts dried articles according to type.</li><li>Folds and places items in appropriate locations for storage.</li><li>Handles contaminated articles per Hote franchise and standards.</li><li>Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform</li><li>Organize and maintain laundry operations on a daily basis to meet demand in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain daily and weekly records of clothing</li><li>Wash, dry and fold all linen using best standard practices</li><li>processes-stained lien &amp; returns to inventory</li><li>Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order in order to maximize efficiency</li><li>Report any maintenance issues to Housekeeping Manager and completes Maintenance</li><li>Report any shortage of dry-cleaning materials to the appropriate Officer</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe laundry area at all times</li><li>Conduct daily cleaning of all laundry machines</li><li>Provide a weekly &amp; monthly chemical inventory to Housekeeping Manager</li><li>Assist in monthly inventory count including discarded items</li><li>And any other assignment from the management.</li></ul>
