<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth.</li><li>This position focuses on managing sales, developing strategic business initiatives, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales objectives.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare and medical device industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in Pharmaceuticals Sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><ul><li>Management of all importer’s operations</li><li>Forecast and budget planning</li><li>Pricing and P&L</li><li>Monthly business reviews and analysis, while tracking performance </li><li>Marketing budget negotiations and management </li><li>Creation of marketing plans and ensure implementation of strategies and tactics</li><li>Liaise with supply/client managers for orders and shipments to importers</li><li>Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development</li><li>Collaborate with scientific communication unit to deploy education and scientific programs </li><li>Development of brand visibility, awareness programs </li><li>Liaise with local regulatory consultants to ensure all in country’s laws and regulations are abided by</li><li>Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships</li><li>Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are achieved </li><li>Training, coaching and mentoring </li><li>Gather market data and customer insights to provide recommendations to drive product distribution and market share. </li><li>Understand and communicate trends that may create opportunity for new products. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.</li><li>10+ years of experience in Sales specifically with medical devices in a healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution company.</li><li>Proven experience leading a sales team, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in a Pharmaceutical Company. </li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
