<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>ABM TEK LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Accountant and Data Analyst. This dual-role position requires expertise in managing financial operations while leveraging data analytics to provide insights that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and applying data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and decision-making.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Accounting Duties:</p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.</li><li>Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul><p>Data Analysis Duties:</p><ul><li>Collect, process, and analyze data related to workshop operations, including sales, expenses, and technician performance metrics.</li><li>Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators KPIs.</li><li>Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth through data interpretation.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes using data-driven insights.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in accounting and financial management.</li><li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Sage and data analysis tools e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.</li><li>Familiarity with data management systems and reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
