<p><strong>Overall Purpose of Job</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the compilation of bids, collection of projects data and the planning, analysis and management of projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervises the preparation of bids/proposals.</li><li>Reviews ALL tender documents and supervises compilation of materials required for bids.</li><li>Ensures the preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information.</li><li>Puts together technical bids.</li><li>Consolidates and compiles commercial bids.</li><li>Supports the planning and co-ordination of all field operations in the space of CPS, WT and Hydraulics</li><li>Oversee the assembly of resources Personnel, PPEs, Equipment and Consumables for all field operations teams.</li><li>Ensure appropriate site visits for all field projects and the compilation of site visit reports.</li><li>Oversee the provision of adequate materials/personnel for each project team.</li><li>Ensure timely mobilization for each field project.</li><li>Oversee the provision of adequate materials, personnel and equipment for field service operations</li><li>Ensure that field operations equipment meet industry standard and are fit for purpose</li><li>Oversee subcontractor activities and client meetings when required</li><li>Ensure confidentiality in all commercial issues handled</li><li>Promote innovative cost saving ideas</li><li>Oversee certification of equipment for field operation and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Ensure Procedure compliance by subordinates</li><li>Contribute to formulation of policies</li><li>Formulate goals/objectives for Subordinates</li><li>Gather information and intelligence for Business development</li><li>Certify the quality/quantity of equipment &amp; materials for field operations.</li><li>Supervise the preparation of consumables for field operations.</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly operations reports to the AGM.</li><li>Ensure the realization of company strategic focus from a Field Operations perspective.</li><li>Timely issuance of job descriptions and job objectives to team members.</li><li>Timely appraisal of the performance of team members.</li><li>Level of development of team members.</li><li>Any other assignment assigned by the AGM.</li></ul><p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum qualification &ndash; HND/ B.Sc Engineering.</li><li>At least 6 years of experience in the onshore/offshore upstream oil and gas industry.</li><li>Must have an eye for details and be meticulous</li><li>Must possess good leadership skills</li><li>PMP is an added advantage</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera/other relevant project management tools</li></ul><p><strong>Required Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Good leadership skill.</li><li>Good documentation skills.</li><li>Proven bids preparation knowledge.</li><li>Passion to deliver</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Analytical skills to define and solve problems.</li><li>Relationship management</li><li>Excellent e-mail skills.</li><li>Good multi-tasking skill.</li><li>Ability to understand, follow and uphold the company&rsquo;s management QHSE procedures and policies</li><li>A cognate experience in Well testing and Piping</li><li>Ability to manage a diverse multi-discipline team to achieve the required output and effective communication skills</li><li>A good understanding of company&rsquo;s quality management system in conformity with IMS ISO</li><li>Ability to implement already formulated company strategy.</li><li>Ability to use the following softwares: MS word, Excel, Microsoft Project 2007 and Power point</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.</li></ul>
