<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, from initiation to post-implementation support.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor project progress, potential issues, and implement corrective</li><li>Possess a strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific client requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.</li><li>Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of implementation consultants, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of the software solution.</li><li>Monitor system performance and address any issues that arise.</li><li>Any other assigned tasks by management</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years experience in software implementation consulting</li><li>Proven track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Strong technical skills in SQL, Database, troubleshooting, Power BI and Cloud computing</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria when required.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems Sage, Microsoft, Zoho, etc is a significant advantage.</li></ul>
