Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Content Strategist/Copywriter to develop and implement impactful content strategies that align with our business goals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling copy and a strategic approach to content development.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies that support the company’s marketing and business objectives. Conduct market research and audience analysis to guide content creation.Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content for various channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.Content Planning: Develop and manage content calendars. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns.Content Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance content effectiveness. Adjust strategies based on performance and feedback.Brand Voice & Messaging: Uphold and evolve the brand’s voice and messaging guidelines. Ensure consistency across all content and platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with designers, marketers, product managers, and other team members to create cohesive content. Lead content workshops and brainstorming sessions.Content Management: Oversee content updates and revisions, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Manage content distribution and ensure proper formatting across platforms.QualificationsExperience:3-5 years of experience in content strategy and copywriting, with a proven track record of successful projects and campaigns.Skills:Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.Attributes:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Portfolio:A portfolio demonstrating a range of content writing and strategy projects is required.
