<p><strong>General Responsibilities</strong><br />Food Preparation and Cooking:</p><ul><li>Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.</li></ul><p>Menu Development:</p><ul><li>Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.</li><li>Create special dishes or themed menus for events.</li></ul><p>Kitchen Management:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily kitchen operations.</li><li>Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.</li></ul><p>Inventory and Supplies:</p><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.</li><li>Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing waste</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to prepare intercontinental Dishes</li><li>Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.</li><li>Creativity: Ability to innovate with recipes and presentation.</li><li>Leadership: Strong management skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
